Equipment Leasing
Is there a maximum or a minimum lease amount?
No. There is no maximum or minimum lease amount or quantity.
What kind of equipment can I lease?
You may lease any kind of ICT equipment (including software, enterprise product and of course all the hardware equipment).
How is the monthly payment calculated?
We have our own calculation which includes interest rate per year and preventive maintenance (if any). Here's a simple calculation example:
Rate per item for a month:
(Total Price + Total interest + Preventive Maintenance Rate) / Quantity / TOTAL LEASING MONTH
How will I be billed?
There are a number of billing and payment options, including an automatic debit to your bank account for each payment, or standard invoicing.
Who services/ maintains the equipment?
Our Site Engineer/Senior Technician and The Services Team will be in charge for maintaining the equipment.
May I end my lease earlier?
If you choose to end the lease early, you may. However, it is only under rare circumstances that terminating a lease during its term is an advisable option. The cost to terminate a lease is based on the balance of payments, plus tax, and any payment arrears. Mecacom Technologies makes every effort to maximize your lease termination options with flexible equipment upgrade programs.

Can I set the timeframe for your team?
Yes, you may set the timeframe for our team but it will have to depend on the complexity of the entire website and other elements.

Who will service my equipment if I buy/ lease from your company?
Our Site Engineer/Senior Technician and The Services Team will be in charge for maintaining the equipment.
Can I schedule your team of solution experts to do service for my equipment?
Yes. You may provide the schedule proposed by your team and we will do an arrangement from our end to the equipment service and maintenance.
If your team is not available, do your company outsources the services to third party?
We have our own part timer which is still under our company employment. Usually we will manage our team schedule so that it won’t clash with the planned service and maintenance job.
